As a MLRO, you will be designing and implementing policies and processes to comply with regulatory requirements and internal standards for the e-payments business and related financing operations, with a focus on AML and driving the authorisation projectwith the FCA.

In this Senior Financial Crime Manager role, you can expect to:

- Conduct periodic risk assessments to ensure program effectiveness and risk mitigation through continuous iteration and improvements to payments compliance policies, procedures, and infrastructure
- Develop and maintain the firm's anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policy in line with evolving statutory and regulatory obligations
- Assist management in developing and maintaining an effective AML and counterterrorist financing compliance culture
- Represent the firm to all external agencies, e.g. regulators or law enforcement agencies

To apply, you will need prior experience as a MLRO with AML experience within fintech, banking or payments services. You will also require the following:

- The ability to design, set up and deliver compliance frameworks
- Extensive experience interacting with regulators
- Excellent stakeholder collaboration skills.

You will receive a salary of £100,000-£110,000 on a pro rata basis and an excellent benefits package for your knowledge, expertise and flexibility.
