If so, we have an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join our team in the new and exciting role of IT Application Support Officer. **Key responsibilities will include**: - Ensuring the configuration of IT Applications meet business process requirements. - Proactively seeking to identify where there are efficiencies and where improvements can be made. - You’ll help to minimise incidents and problems and develop robust solutions to address them. **You will have**: - Experience of implementing technical solutions to improve services across the business. - Driven and committed to delivering excellent customer service - Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, from internal colleagues of all levels to external vendors/consultants **The Company** The Community Housing Group, now Community Housing, was formed in 2000 through a stock transfer from Wyre Forest District Council.
