**Job Summary**:
Gold Dust Toys is a small, family-run business specialising in hard-to-find collectibles, toys, and action figures. We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Collectibles and Social Media Coordinator. This part-time role involves fulfilling orders, creating engaging social media content, and hosting live shows on platforms like TikTok and WhatNot. This job would be well-suited to a student in full-time education looking for part-time work with an opportunity to get an insight into running an e-commerce business.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Order Fulfillment**:

- Process and package customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure items are well-protected and presented for shipping.
- Maintain an organised inventory of collectibles, toys, and action figures.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create and schedule engaging posts across our social media platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Interact with our online community, to help grow our social media presence organically.
- Develop creative content ideas that resonate with our target audience of pop culture and collectible enthusiasts.
- **Live Show Hosting**:

- Host live shows on TikTok Live and WhatNot, showcasing our latest products and engaging with viewers.
- Provide insightful and enthusiastic commentary on various collectibles, toys, and action figures.
- Answer questions and interact with viewers during live sessions to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

**Qualifications and Qualities**:

- **Passion for Collectibles and Pop Culture**:

- An interest in toys, action figures, and pop culture. You don't have to be an expert
- **Social Media Savvy**:

- Experience with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**:

- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and engaging with a live audience.
- Strong written communication skills for social media.
- **Organisational Skills**:

- Attention to detail when fulfilling orders and managing inventory.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Reliability and Teamwork**:

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well within a small, close-knit team.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Technically capable of setting up and running a WhatNot stream using a camera and computer.
- Able to use their own phone for filming and content creation.
