With a dedicated focus on creating and driving the social media strategy, you will hit the ground running from day one in this newly-formed position
Going from strength-to-strength as a team, they are looking to add only the best and brightest to help supercharge social media performance, delivering engaging campaigns across social media.
Responsible for managing the social media team and growing the audience on social media, you will be enabling the company to reach new and existing customers as well as driving implementation of the influencer strategy, working with content creators to amplifythe brand.
They are looking for a creative, confident, and outgoing person. Someone who is brave, a risk taker and not afraid of failure to create innovative, engaging and imaginative video content to engage and grow an audience.

**Your Responsibilities**

Reporting to the PR and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for a Senior Social Media Executive, Social Media Executive and Video Content Creator and will need to be creative and forward thinking, being up to date with the latest social media bestpractice and full of ideas.

From day one you will be a key player within this newly formed role which will see you:

- Growing the social media audience
- Maximising reach and engagement across all social media channels
- Reporting on results achieved, particularly demonstrating the value of social media on the business
- Management of the social media team
- Responsible for the strategy and execution of our influencer programme
- Review and capture insights/results of social media activity to shape future campaigns, mechanics and ongoing approach

**Skills and Qualifications**

We know what kind of people we want in our team and our newest Lead should be someone who is forward thinking and driven to deliver new and innovative content
All we ask is you have the following:

- Proven experience in quickly growing and maintaining a large social media audience for a brand
- Experience of managing a budget of £100K+
- Understanding of how social media fits into the wider marketing mix
- Experience of working with content creators
- A keen and active interest in all social media platforms
- Confident on camera
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a team-orientated environment
- Work on your own initiative and react quickly with important deadlines
- Proactive and passionate about social media and video
- Detailed understanding of what creative content works best on social media
- Ability to demonstrate reacting to new trends
- Have a high level of attention to detail
- Experience in Hootsuite or other scheduling software
- Full driving licence
