We are recruiting for an experienced recruitment consultant to work within our fantastic team, recruiting for NHS Professions (NHSP) on a temp to perm and permanent basis.
Adada Healthcare is a leading recruitment company, providing domiciliary and complex care to vulnerable people within their own homes. We are also a leader in providing temporary staffing within NHSP framework. We have an enviable reputation for quality and values. In the last year we have been helping NHS trusts with their recruitment needs across the UK
We now have an opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join our established team to become an expert in this niche market and help grow the business in permanent recruitment.
This is a 360 role, so while we have established clients, we’re looking for people able to identify and develop new clients and uncover new opportunities.

We’ll provide full support and sector training, fully welcoming you as part of the team, giving you autonomy of your desk and the opportunity to enjoy our generous commission scheme as well as competitive basic salary.

**Personal Specification, skills and attributes**
- Demonstrable business development with a proven track record in revenue generation/achieving sales consultant
- Ability to drive business and increase our place within the NHSP market place
- 12+ months’ experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within the NHSP or healthcare sector
- Proven background in revenue generation/achieving sales targets
- Experience in winning new business and building relationships whilst maintain warm client relationships
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work successfully as part of a remote team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attitude is the most critical, motivated, ambitious, and passionate.
