_**Amongst our ongoing growth, we are now seeking our newest Property Recruitment Administrator to join our Property Recruitment team, which stands as the 'engine room' of our successful business and responsible for all property recruitment across the business. This newly-created role will be the primary point of contact for our team of over 50 regional property consultants, booking in visits for each consultant to meet property owners. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining well-managed diaries, ensuring that appointments are booked in the most efficient manner possible to minimise daily travel times across the region. You will also be responsible for moving visits - liaising with the relevant property owner in a polite and professional manner - if required. **_

Our newest addition will provide crucial support to our wider Property Recruitment team during one of our busiest seasons to date, covering a 7 month Fixed term contract. This is an exciting position perfect for those with **previous commercial experience** **in an administrative role** with **experience of successfully managing diaries or customer appointments**. You will be able to **demonstrate a proactive, methodical and common-sense approach to appointment management**, as our Consultants can cover large regional areas. **Some experience of planning travel arrangements** would be _beneficial_ here but is _not essential_. You will be able to **work at pace** to manage a high volume of work in a high-quality manner, and will have a **discreet approach to confidentiality** when required to cancel or rearrange visits. You will also need **good negotiation skills** to diplomatically navigate rearranging dates without compromising a new working relationship with a property owner. **Good geographical knowledge** of the UK and **experience of working in the property or travel industries** would be _beneficial _here but are _not essential_.

As our newest Property Recruitment Administrator, you will report into the Operations and Sales Manager and will need to **exercise confidentiality and sensitivity at times** when PC’s have to cancel or rearrange visits due to personal circumstances and will **need to communicate this appropriately** to other colleagues in the office, owners and other PCs alike. The post holder will also need to have **excellent negotiation skills **and be able and **willing to influence owners** without compromising the relationship we have already built up.

In addition to your core responsibilities of diary management, **you will also be trained to deal with and process new owner leads and will be expected to assist in this function during time of high work volume or when requested to do so by your line manager**. You will have a thorough understanding of Property Recruitment and understand how leads are progressed.

**_Working Hours are 37.5 per week covering 5 days out of 7, operating on a shift rota basis covering 5 days out of 7. Departmental hours are 9am-7pm with shifts covering Mon-Fri, 9-5.30pm or 10.30-7pm and Sat and Sun, 9am-5.30pm (1:3 weekends)._**

**Salary**: Up to £19,750.00 per year
