This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to really shape the future of the business. You will have experience of working in premium high street restaurants, preferably with some branded experience. Essential to the role is the importanceyou place on exceptional service and the guest journey.
The role;
- Effectively manage the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to drive the commercial viability of the operation
- Lead and develop your management team across each facet of the business
- Grow sales across the business by implementing individual sales strategies including developing an events calendar
- Work closely with the restaurant team to drive standards and implementing menu changes
- Entrepreneurial flair with minimum of 1 year General Manager experience
- Driven by delivering an exceptional guest experience to the general public
- A background in developing their team and driving standards
