**Compliance Officer package**:
- Compliance Officer - £20,000 - £23,000 per annum
- Compliance Officer - 20 days holiday + bank holidays

- Compliance Officer - Company days/nights out, incentives and award ceremonies
London Teaching Pool Ltd has been operating since 2006 and provides staffing solutions to the Education and Medical sectors. As a highly successful recruitment agency who has seen year on year growth, we are now seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer to joinour team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, driven, and motivated individual looking to develop their Compliance Officer career in a thriving and ambitious organisation that is making a huge impact in the Education and Healthcare recruitment industries.Our office is based in Hainault, Essex (a five minute walk from Hainault station on the Central line) and there is also a car parking space available.
**Compliance Officer duties and responsibilities include**:
- Ensure quality assurance compliance procedures are completed, systems are kept up to date and regularly reviewed
- Provide assistance in arranging training courses and measuring performance
- Maintaining files and databases
- Supporting in the recruitment and compliance of staff for education and healthcare roles
- Support with re validation targets
- Ensuring internal quality, best practice and internal policies and procedures are followed
- Supporting with the completion of audits across all services provided
**Compliance Officer skills required**:
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Well organised with the ability to multi-task
- Professional and flexible attitude
- A team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Be able to pick things up quickly and work both independently and as a team
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of general education to GCSE standard in English or equivalent
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- At least one years' experience working in the recruitment industry preferable, but not essential
