An exciting opportunity has now become available within our Customer Services/Administration department and we are looking to expand our rapidly growing team. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable individual with proven experience in the mortgage industry, ideally as an administrator or paraplanner. They must have a positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to prioritise our customers’ needs and requirements at all times, have the ability to work under pressure & problem solve
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure our customer service database is kept up to date and all information held is accurate and that team members are also keeping the systems up to date/correct
- Inputting cases on to our system, ensuring all details are accurate and all documents have been received in line with our compliance policies
**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Basic maths skills for handling financial documentation and reports.
- Previous experience in financial services is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
