**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training in System Implementation Projects: Act as the trainer for system implementation projects, with specific emphasis on ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Expertise: Leverage at least 2 years of experience training on ServiceNow to ensure effective understanding and delivery of the platform's functionalities.
- Deliverables Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the key deliverables within the ServiceNow project to ensure accurate and focused training.
- Training Material Development: Work closely with Business Analysts to create and refine training materials that effectively communicate key functionalities of ServiceNow to end users.
- Training Delivery: Schedule and conduct training sessions for users, ensuring that the content is understood and questions are addressed.
- Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are addressed and training goals are met.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively during training to make complex topics accessible and understandable.
- Time Management: Manage time efficiently to accommodate multiple training sessions and ensure that all users receive the required training within the given timeframe.

**Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 7+ years of experience as a trainer on systems, including at least 2 years of specific experience with ServiceNow training.
- Experience as a trainer in system implementation projects is required, preferably with ServiceNow implementations.

**Skills**:

- Training and Communication: Ability to deliver clear and engaging training sessions, making complex system functionalities accessible for all user levels.
- Training Material Creation: Experience in collaborating to develop comprehensive training materials, focusing on user needs and project requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent skills in managing relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their concerns are addressed.
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage time efficiently, especially in a part-time setting, to ensure timely training delivery and support.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a broader project team, including collaborating with Business Analysts and other project stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Adaptable Training Methods: Ability to adapt training methods to suit the audience's technical proficiency and learning style.
- Post-Training Engagement: Willingness to provide additional support and clarification to users after training, ensuring a successful learning outcome.
- Collaborative Mindset: Strong team player, capable of working in a dynamic and collaborative project environment.
