**About the role**

The Field Trainer, reporting to the Brand Trainer, will be responsible for delivering onsite training for all business needs. The training team will be deployed into new stores to deliver the training and inductions of new DUNKIN’ staff from crew members to management.

In addition, the Field Trainer will be working on site with existing DUNKIN’ stores to support in upskilling our teams in all DUNKIN’ ways of working and customer service techniques ensuring the existing stores are constantly developing their DUNKIN’ skill sets.

The field trainer will be expected to train and develop all staff working within our Central Finishing Centre Production facilities to ensure brand standards are met and exceeded across the quality of our donuts.

The field trainer will be one of the key faces in ensuring our brand is fit for the future for DUNKIN’ and our guests.

- Building and presenting tailored training systems to our new hires as well as refreshing and upskilling our existing employees.
- The point of expertise for onboarding, training and the ongoing development of staff within your region.
- Creating, adapting and maintaining our training content, including internal product guides and processes.
- The go-to expert for all Field Operations systems regionally.
- Collaborating with our team leads, managers and other relevant teams to ensure all training materials and guides are consistent and up-to-date.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Passion for creating and presenting training content.
- Excellent organisational skills, particularly with regards to managing your projects and time independently in ambiguous and/or rapidly changing environments.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate training across all aspects of our business.

**What We Offer**
- £30,000 - £35,000 annual salary
