Field Systems Trainer

At KFH we are looking for a field systems trainer to join our Talent Development team in Wimbledon.

Do you have experience in using RADAR and/or other CRMs used within sales and lettings teams? Are you able to translate your knowledge into key learnings? You will report into our Talent Development Manager.

**Responsibilities of a** field systems trainer** **include**:

- Design and develop new approaches to systems training, including creating content for face to face and virtual learning sessions
- Work in collaboration with key stakeholders to identify key learning and development themes across the residential groups
- Provide systems training to all new starters who join KFH as well as those who make internal moves and are promoted
- Deliver training on other systems including the Microsoft suite which includes MS Teams Calling and MS Teams Chat, client portal, My Development, and any local marketing systems
- Develop and design all course training materials, such as workbooks
- Work with the content and eLearning specialist to provide digital support
- Ensure all compliance procedures are met
