Vehicle Purchase Administrator

Job description
Administrator who has excellent administration, organisational, time-management, communication and customer service skills is required for a busy franchised car dealership based in Swansea.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Experience in providing a wide range of administrative support activities (essential).
- Day to day admin support to the Vehicle Buyer.
- Delivery of high-level administrative duties.
- Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems.
- Support delivery drivers.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Process sales orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain customer and supplier databases and ensure they are up to date.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the vehicle buyer and ensure the smooth running of our purchase, sales and delivery operations.
You will need:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Be organised with a friendly and enthusiastic personality.
- Have an outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to work effectively to deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,450.00 per year
