Estates, Equipment, Consumables & Logistics (EECL)
The initial objective of the Estates, Equipment, Consumables and Logistics (EECL) workstream within the Vaccine Deployment Programme was to ensure setup of sites, sourcing and supply of all centrally procured items and delivery of the logistics and supply chain to support the COVID-19 vaccination campaign.
Programme Objectives
The main purpose and goal of EECL team is to manage inbound vaccines, build coverage and capacity in the regions to enable convenience to patients, strategically allocate vaccine types in accordance with JCVI / MHRA guidance, and distribute them expediently and equitably.
About the Role
As an Order Processing Quality Control Lead, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic Logistics team, interfacing with the Supply & Demand team. You will be responsible for the planning, ordering, fulfilment and reporting of vaccine and non0vaccine supply. The purpose of the role is to ensure all data that supports the ordering and fulfilment of vaccine and non-vaccine supply, support the ordering for new sites and to support resolving issues that occur.

Being successful in this space requires an inquisitive and proactive approach and a keen attention to detail. We are looking for individuals with some experience of order processing using ERP software, good data or business analysis capability and ability to work in a high-change, fast paced environment. A combination of strong analytical capability and excellent communication skills is key.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Tracking various data sources to ensure goods are available to order.
- Processing any ad-hoc orders and ensure deliveries are on time and in full.
- Liaising with the customer service team, generate emergency orders.;
- Responding to customer requests and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with the service partners to maintain positive relationships and information sharing.
- Investigating and respond to customer service and stakeholder queries in a timely manner.
- Undertaking root cause analysis to investigate, and then correct, any issues that occur.
- Managing relevant data within the ordering platform - including product list, substitutions, bundles and delivery schedules. Update systems with latest data sources
- Maintaining Management Information on delivery fulfilment across multiple delivery partners and provide reports as required.
- Conducting regular reviews of latest sites and delivery schedules, identifying discrepancies and ensuring delivery partner stakeholders/systems/data are up to date across the supply chain.
- Liaising with operational, other ordering team members, regional leads and partners to ensure all data is live, accurate and error free.
- Generating regular reports for team and management.
- Implementation of system improvements.
