Customer Service Team Leader

Customer Service Team Leaders are remarkable people, they are coaches, leaders, mentos, driven, motivated by the success of their team and supportive. Due to recent expansion of our Customer Service Operations, we are looking for a Team Leader who is really committed to developing others and progressing their own career.
**What we are looking for in a person**:
- Builds great business relationships with the people who report into them, identifies training/coaching needs and delivers to the team
- Coach, lead and support the team to deliver a positive customer experience in an efficient and effective manner with 'right first time, every time' approach
- Professional leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire people and gets results through others
- Ensures employees know what is expected of them and provide regular, reflective and meaningful feedback (good or not so good)
- Plans for short term to medium term focusing on Business as Usual (BAU) to deliver the production plan, able to interpret the change required and cascade and drive it through with the team
- Promotes a culture of diversity and inclusivity throughout the workplace
- Ability to think critically, encourages a culture of continual improvement, constantly striving to make things better/easier
- Good organisational and time management skills with a proven ability to plan, problem solve and prioritise
