**The Role**
Here at Greene King we are looking for an Administrator to join our Purchase to Pay (P2P) team in our Financial Shared Services (FSS) area. Supporting the invoice payment process for our pubs and brewing operations and working as part of a team, this entry level finance role offers an excellent starting point for a career in finance. The role is offered on a full-time permanent basis and offers agile working (50:50 office/home) from our Bury St Edmunds office.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Process a high volume of supplier invoices and credits in line with agreed payment terms
- Deal with any queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders quickly and efficiently, escalating where appropriate
- Engage and collaborate with the business to increase the levels of process compliance
- Work as part of a team, covering team absence as required to ensure the invoicing process is delivered seamlessly to the business
- Prioritise and manage workload to achieve team performance metrics
**Required Skills and Experience**
Whilst previous experience in invoice processing would be helpful, this role is also suitable for individuals without previous experience looking to gain new skills. Most importantly, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
- Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to handle a high work volume
- Outstanding attention to detail with an enquiring mind
- The ability to work well within a team environment
