**Job Summary**:
As a Telecoms Project Manager at IP Exchange Ltd, you will be responsible for leading the onboarding of customers, managing the provisioning, porting, and installation of hosted phone systems, including connectivity solutions. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Your role will be crucial in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Onboarding**:
Lead the customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Manage customer expectations and provide clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct initial consultations to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
**Project Management**:
Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of telecoms projects, from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
**Provisioning and Porting**:
Coordinate the provisioning and porting of phone numbers and services.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of provisioning tasks.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any issues related to provisioning and porting.
**Installation Management**:
Oversee the installation of hosted phone systems and connectivity solutions.
Ensure installations are completed to the highest quality standards and within agreed timelines.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with technical specifications and customer requirements.
**Cross-Functional Coordination**:
Work closely with sales, service, and technical teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
**Customer Support**:
Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project.
Provide regular updates and reports to customers on project status.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project reviews.
Prepare and present regular project performance reports to senior management.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecoms industry.
Strong knowledge of telecoms provisioning, porting, and installation processes.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
