Role Overview
The Project Co-ordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the organisation. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating resources, managing documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

  • Project Support: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, meeting minutes, risk logs, and change requests.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
  • Resource Coordination: Support the allocation and scheduling of project resources, including personnel and equipment.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure projects adhere to internal governance, compliance standards, and quality assurance processes.
  • Tool Management: Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira) to support project tracking and collaboration

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a project support or co-ordination role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
