**Client Services Executive - BMW (Part-Time)**

**Location: Primarily remote, with 1 day per week in our Nantwich office**

**Hours: 22.5 hours per week (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Thursday & Friday + one additional weekday of your choice, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)**

**Salary: £23,850 (Pro Rata)**

**Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time**

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Client Services Executive to support our BMW team. This is a part-time, permanent role focused on client care, administrative coordination and regulatory compliance.

You’ll be working three set days per week (Thursday, Friday, plus one other weekday of your choice), from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch each day. The role is mostly remote, with just one day per week in our Nantwich office.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Preparing and managing customer agreements, renewals, and documentation
- Booking and coordinating demo vehicles with third-party providers
- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, FCA and internal standards
- Supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive team culture

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in client services, administration or customer support
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Able to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
- Automotive experience is a bonus, not essential
