With rapid growth across Amazon, Shopify and leading online marketplaces, we are expanding our eCommerce team with a commercially‑driven and creative Ecommerce Executive to help accelerate our online sales performance. Role Overview We are seeking a driven, analytical and creative Ecommerce Executive to support the growth of our online revenue while managing day‑to‑day social media activity. This role blends hands‑on marketplace trading, D2C website management, performance analysis, social media and creative design execution. It is ideal for someone who understands that strong visuals, smart trading and great content directly drive commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Trading (Amazon, eBay & Other Platforms) Maintain and optimise product listings to improve visibility, keyword performance and conversion. Monitor sales performance, Buy Box %, category rankings and competitor activity. Support promotions, pricing updates, deal set‑up and seasonal events. Assist with account health monitoring, customer feedback and compliance. Ensure best‑in‑class content on product display pages. Shopify / D2C eCommerce Update product pages, collections, homepage banners and promotional content. Support merchandising activity including bundles, discounts and product launches. Track and improve on‑site conversion rates and customer journey performance. Ensure website content aligns with stock availability, campaigns and commercial priorities. Social Media Management Plan, create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. Produce engaging, audience‑aligned content for tradespeople, outdoor users and value‑led tech buyers. Support short‑form video creation (Reels/TikTok style). Respond to comments and messages to drive engagement and brand connection. Monitor analytics and provide insights to improve reach and performance. Performance Reporting & Insight Track KPIs across Amazon, Shopify and social media (sales, traffic, conversion, engagement). Produce weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify growth opportunities across keywords, bundles, pricing, stock risks and new audience segments. Commercial & Trading Support Work closely with stock, logistics and customer service teams. Assist with demand planning and marketplace replenishment. Support peak trading events including Black Friday, Christmas, product launches and seasonal campaigns. Creative Design & Visual Content (Development Focus) Use Canva (or similar tools) to create social media posts, promotional graphics and website banners. Learn and develop core digital design skills aligned to brand guidelines. Support the creation of digital assets for Amazon listings, paid ads and website campaigns. This role will progress to owning the brand’s day‑to‑day digital design output across social, web and marketing channels. Skills & Experience Required 1–2 years’ experience in eCommerce, marketplace trading or digital marketing. Experience managing business social media accounts. Basic experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify or similar platforms. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a clear understanding of how actions impact growth. Comfortable analysing data and working with spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Creative thinker capable of producing engaging social and product content. Experience using Canva or a strong willingness to learn quickly. Shopify experience (product uploads, site updates, merchandising). Amazon experience (listings, promotions, keyword optimisation, reporting). Basic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express). Understanding of CRO and SEO for eCommerce.
