**About the role and our team**

We are looking to appoint a hard-working, flexible and dedicated Education Support Officer, to support a range of children who require additional help with their learning, this may be to extend learning or to provide interventions to embed learning. Support will be required for children with specific needs who find aspects of learning more challenging.

Under the direction of the Teacher, you will help to remove barriers to learning and challenge pupils in the classroom.

Providing support for pupils, Teachers and the curriculum you will be a key member of the team at Onchan Primary School ensuring that we are all working towards the school’s vision and values statement.
