**About the role and our team**

Join our team as a Senior Education Support Officer at St Ninian’s High School

The role will involve interaction with parents, dealing with students’ behavioural and attendance issues and working within our pastoral support network. You will also get involved with staffing aspects of our Ready to Learn Behaviour System and spend time working with identified individuals or groups on a range of issues.

The underpinning value of the work is to build positive relationships in order to ensure that every student is ready to learn through the provision of targeted support and interventions.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Playing an active role in the welfare of our students
- Supporting the daily management of students in school
- Upholding our schools behaviour and reward policy
- Working one on one with small groups and individual students

You will be dealing with a wide range of people on a daily basis, utilising your excellent communication and organisational skills. If this sounds like something you would enjoy, we’d love to hear from you
