**Job Title**: Graduate Submarines Human Resources

**Location**: Barrow (Cumbria)
We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 4-5 days per week.

**Salary**:£34,000 + £2,000 Welcome Bonus

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the business to ensure all people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
- You will communicate with a range of stakeholder across the business.
- You will be accountable for delivering a range of business requirements and demands through the HR team.
- You will work with the team on various different activities such as resourcing and recruitment, performance management.
- You will also be involved in reward and recognition and employee relations.
