**About the team**:
We know that a strong research culture is critical to creating best-in-class customer experiences. You’ll be a key part of the UX Design & Research team, informing thinking within the broader Product org.

We continuously learn about our customers, by conducting studies and experiments to understand needs, motivations, and behaviour. Researchers closely collaborate with Product Designers, PMs and Product Analysts to make sure user insights are at the centre of our thinking.

We have a clear vision and strategy to help guide our focus and to deliver a product that has a positive impact to the lives of our users.

**What you will be doing**
***:

- Developing research plans and strategies to support product development and design decisions
- Performing Generative research that helps inform the long term Product strategy
- Conducting Evaluative research to test the effectiveness of product designs and identify areas for improvement
- Triaging requests from Product Managers and Designers, helping to gain an understanding of business needs before prioritising next actions.
- Conducting interviews and other research methods to gather data
- Analysing and synthesising research data to identify key insights and trends
- Distilling and communicating findings to Product Managers, Designers, and Developers, and providing recommendations for Product and Design improvements
- Collaborating with and providing guidance to other researchers and designers
- Supporting the development of behavioural archetypes (we don’t do personas here) and user journey maps
- Using a variety of data collection and analysis tools, such as surveys, online analytics, and user testing software.

**About you, preferred skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, human-computer interaction or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in user research and data analysis
- Experience collaborating in a Product environment, within a UX driven process
- Expert knowledge of user research methods and best practices
- Ability to take ownership and work independently as well as part of a team
- Persuasive written, visual and interpersonal communication skills
- You bring positive energy to the team and know how to enjoy work
- Always keen to learn and grow your skills
