**The key role responsibilities are**:
Provide support to the Workforce Planning Team and the SLT - with specific focus on:

- Succession Planning
- Talent and performance management
- The new Induction programme
- The Appraisal processes
- Set up meetings, action logs, maintain documentation, status updates, PowerPoint presentations etc.
- Collate relevant data and compile reports to inform stakeholders
- Co-ordinate action items to ensure actions are completed on time
- Attendance at Workforce Planning meetings
- Liaison with all key stakeholders
- Production & Monitoring of Action Logs, Reports & Analysis
- Production of all supporting documentation
