**About the Role**

**Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement Support**
- Acquire quotations for materials, subcontractors, and services as required.
- Liaise with suppliers to confirm lead times, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Ensure that all materials and subcontractors comply with industry regulations, including **EN 1090, ISO 3834-2, and UKCA requirements**.
- Coordinate procurement activities to align with manufacturing and site installation schedules.
- Track outstanding orders and follow up to prevent delays in project timelines.

**Project Coordination & Administrative Support**
- Assist Project Managers in tracking project schedules, updating programmes, and ensuring key milestones are met.
- Take minutes in project meetings, distribute action points, and follow up on progress.
- Support internal handovers between Sales, Estimations, Projects, and Design teams.
- Act as a liaison between suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Ensure all project documentation is up to date, correctly stored, and easily accessible.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to project coordination.

**Person SpecificationEssential Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in **procurement, supply chain, or project coordination**, ideally within **manufacturing, engineering, or construction**.
- Excellent **organisational and communication skills**, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to **prioritise workload** in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- A proactive approach with the ability to **problem-solve and work independently** when required.

**Desirable Skills & Experience**:

- Knowledge of **procurement best practices** and experience in supplier negotiations.
- Understanding of **manufacturing and construction project lifecycles**.
- Familiarity with **quality and compliance standards** such as EN 1090 and ISO 3834-2. Desirable, training can be provided.
