We are currently seeking a Communications and Engagement Coordinator to join us in our Carlisle office. The role is a full-time position, but we would welcome job share and/or flexible working.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in our Communications and Engagement team, helping to connect our people, projects, and communities.
**About the Role**
As a Communications and Engagement Coordinator, you will support the delivery of engaging internal and external communications, working closely with teams across the business to promote Story Contracting’s values, culture, and achievements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of engaging content for internal communications, newsletters, and social media.
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of social value activities and engagement events and campaigns.
- Managing and updating communication platforms and systems.
- Supporting the production and collation of marketing materials as required.
- Providing administrative support to the Communications and Engagement team, including producing reports, and tracking outcomes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience of creating content and collateral for internal and external use.
- Experience in a similar role, ready to contribute to the team’s success.
