**Role Overview**:
Reporting to the HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner in this newly created role, you will be a key part of the HR team and be responsible for raising the profile of the business in the local community.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering a communication, engagement and community strategy to help grow stronger ties with schools, colleges, local charities, and other groups and organisations.
- Improving internal communications to drive a ‘community’ feel within the business, through a programme of activities, staff forums and social events.
- Identifying, engaging with, and supporting local charities, projects, and initiatives that make a real impact on the area.
- Promoting the business at open days, job fairs, college events, so we become a local ‘employer of choice’.
- Using a range of social media platforms to promote the company, showcasing our values, achievements, and ongoing commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Ensuring all internal and external communications are simple and accurately reflect brand, site, and group messaging.
- Developing and improving recruitment marketing materials.

- Experience of successfully creating engaging social media content and campaigns to raise the profile of an organisation.
- Innovative approach to developing and delivering communication and engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence colleagues at all levels and engage with a broad, diverse audience.
- Proactive and flexible, able to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a collaborative and inclusive approach.
- Strong IT skills, able to use spreadsheets, social media boards.
