Role: Customer Service Administrator/Warehouse Co-ordinator

Location: Haslingden

**Salary**: £20,000

Hours: M-F 9-5 or 8-4

My client based in Haslingden are looking for a Customer Service Administrator/ Warehouse Coordinator to join their buzzy team. Duties for this role include:

- Completing final checks on orders before they leave the warehouse
- Ensuring all orders are packed and dispatched accurately within 24 hours of receipt
- Processing and managing all online orders including orders on Shopify, Magento, Encore, Mirakl, SilkFred and any other platforms we bring on board
- Creating shipping labels and printing despatch notes
- Organising FedEx/courier collections
- Processing customer returns via web and payment platforms
- Ensure stock levels are updated on the stock system
- Additional general admin duties
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Experience in customer service/warehouse would be beneficial
