We are recruiting for an organised and driven Project Coordinator to join a fast-paced growing business

Our client is one of the fastest growing companies within their specialism who are looking for their next superstar to coordinate a number of exciting projects within golf & leisure developments.

Our client is a multi-disciplined business with sites across the Northwest and Yorkshire with future sites planned over the next 5 years with ambitious expansion plans.

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Proven experience of working within a full large scale project life cycle - End to end pre-opening experience of multi-faceted sites
- Highly organised and efficient with your time
- An excellent understanding of project timelines
- Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
- Complex problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to communicate and influence to ensure all stakeholders deliver to standard and on time
- High attention to detail
- Experience of working with planning permissions
- Conflict management and resolution skills - anticipate and solve problems.
- Previous experience in a construction environment would be desirable
- Must be engaging & passionate with a hands-on approach
- Understanding of operational needs and the customer journey is key

**THE ROLE - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Plan, manage, and execute accurate timelines for extensive projects that can span several years
- Have a constant picture of priorities & pinch points for the project and be creative in delivering effective solutions to ensure the project remains on time
- Liaise with internal and external customers regarding any requests / reports / issues that are raised to ensure a timely response
- Build relationships with all key stakeholders, ability to bring people to account on time
- To follow the quotation process to ensure all documentation is processed to the customer and is available to other departments
- To understand and follow industry requirements
- Drive the highest levels of quality and workmanship across the whole project

From our inception as a local quarry operator, the business has developed into a leading specialist that provides land remediation, leisure space development, and site operations.
