**Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories**

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories

Area to be covered: North West

Remuneration: £35,000 + £15,000 annual bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories will involve:

- Field sales position promoting a high end quality range of distributed kitchen doors & components (started manufacturing all timber products in-house this year)
- 80% of your time will be spent selling to independent kitchen retailers and kitchen showrooms
- The remaining 20% of your time will be spent selling to kitchen manufacturers, cabinet manufacturers / OEM’s
- Inheriting a territory that is currently turning over £1m, currently performing slightly below budget post Covid, so fantastic opportunity to make a name for yourself
- Circa 200-250 accounts with 100 active spending accounts
- 80% account management role, 20% new business development
- There will be a good split on managing and expanding existing relationships and generating new business
- Working closely with and reporting into National Sales Manager

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Kitchen Doors & Accessories with:

- Experience selling into retail showrooms, kitchen or KBB showrooms preferred but not essential
- Must have field sales experience
- Hungry driven sales personality, looking to better themselves
- Longevity in previous jobs, or excellent reasons for quick career moves
- Ideally from a kitchens product background (however open on product background)
- Ideally sold high end products rather than on price
- Comfortable with working in a competitive environment
- Confident people person with a genuine desire to succeed
- Organised, dynamic and self motivated
