**Salary: £30,000 - £35,000**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Social Media & Marketing Executive to join our marketing team, at our National Distribution Centre in Waltham Cross. Supporting the Head of Marketing & Insights, the post holder will manage Reynold Catering Supplies marketing strategy and initiatives, including digital platforms. This will involve planning, implementing, and assessing marketing activities for the group and its brands.

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (excluding breaks)**

Reynolds Catering Supplies is one of the leading fresh fruit & vegetable suppliers to the foodservice industry and the only remaining national family-run greengrocer in the UK.

**Accountabilities of the Social Media & Marketing Executive will include but are not limited to**:
**Social Media**:

- Support with ongoing strategy and recommendations for Reynolds group social media. Owning the content calendar.
- Producing content in line with Reynolds communication objectives, tone of voice and adhering to the content pillars. This includes monthly seasonal food videos in conjunction with our food team, trends and insight infographics and animations, collating and taking photographs, co-ordinating and generating content from grower/supplier/customer visits (video and photography), people/family/staff stories, charity initiatives, writing captions/links/call to actions.
- Use Publer App to manage uploading and scheduling of posts.
- Monitoring competitor activity.
- Owning the Solstice Social program. (Instagram and setting up LinkedIn).

**Marketing & Sales Collateral**:

- Liaising with other departments and external agencies.
- Customer communications creation / support: leaflets, newsletters, ad-hoc presentations, creation of presentations and ad hoc requests.
- Marketing collateral: product brochures, recipe cards, crop reports, ad hoc materials.

**Website**:

- Mange the development of a new group website that brings together subsidiary businesses.
- Own website management - updating content & liaising with internal stakeholders for info needed.
- Monthly performance tracking (with Google analytics).

**Insight/Trends**:

- Working with the Head of Marketing and Insights to monitor trends and analyse of the foodservice market.
- Prepare reports, using data from research platforms such as Lumina Intelligence, The Food People, attend relevant conferences, Lumina presentations and food safaris, exhibitions.
- Competitors analysis: highlight any relevant new initiatives (NPDs, marketing activity).
- Work closely with the food team - Help and support with customer presentations - Use insights to drive relevant development by customer profile.

**Marketing Activity**:

- Liaise with Head Family Brand to support existing and drive new charity initiatives.
- PR & Advertising - Assist with advertising / press release writing to communicate to the foodservice industry about Reynolds’ news / Write blogs for website.
- Create marketing materials including displays, banners, exhibition stands.
- Educated to degree level, preferably in Marketing or Business Studies.
- Min 2 Years experience working in marketing/social media (preferably in food industry).
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
- Social media platform marketing experience, with a passion for content creation.
- Graphic design experience and a flair for creativity, using design programs like Canva, Adobe, Publisher.
- Competency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Excellent communication skills, self-confident, with networking ability.
