**Licensing & Marketing Executive - Join Our Team**

Danilo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Licensing & Marketing Executive to join our vibrant team. This exciting role involves supporting the Licensing Director with administrative tasks and collaborating with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute social media and marketing strategies that elevate our brand.

We publish officially licensed calendars, diaries, greeting cards, gift wrap, and gift bags for the world’s biggest names in entertainment, music, gaming, and sports, including Disney, Warner Bros, BBC, Universal, and more

**The Role**:
You will:

- Provide administrative support to the Licensing Department, including managing licensor requests, preparing presentations, and attending licensing events.
- Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to create and schedule engaging content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives for trade and consumer shows,
- Support trade marketing efforts, including creating Amazon and website banners, product videos, and other materials.
- Track social media performance and maintain relationships with influencers.

You should have:

- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ideally with experience in copywriting.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in social media management and marketing
