**Role Overview**

The Delta Group are looking for an exceptional Private Personal Assistant for our Executive Chairman. Based at the Executive Chairman’s personal residence, Delta Group Offices and remotely, the PA will organise many aspects of the Executive Chairman’s privatelife and business arrangements. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organised, discreet and with strong attention to detail.

**Role Accountabilities**
- Diary management - coordination of both personal & business diaries
- Initiates regular catch ups with the Executive Chairman to prioritise tasks in progress and plan the diary for the week ahead.
- Appointment scheduling & booking restaurants, travel etc.
- Arranging meetings and conference calls
- Prioritizing workload according to business needs and in conjunction with diary commitments
- Proactively anticipating and pre-empting the needs of the Executive Chairman imperative
- Organising and managing domestic and international travel arrangements for the Executive and his family
- Managing bank accounts, investments, utilities, paying bills etc.
- Household management
- Organising & answering calls, screening and acting as a gatekeeper
- Responding effectively to queries from stakeholders and passing on relevant information
- Personal & family arrangements
- Use judgement and initiative to action items requiring immediate action, know/learn when to check in with the Director
- Looking after personal errands
- Keeping contacts up to date
- Ensure filing of documents and correspondence is kept up to date
- Managing document filing, expenses and invoices both electronic and hard copy
- Assisting other members of the Executive Board when required
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Board
- Preparing communications
- Organising and planning meetings and events
- Preparing information and documents for meetings
- Managing and screening the Executive Chairman’s inbox
- Providing general ad-hoc support

**Skills, knowledge & experience**
- Significant previous PA experience, ideally at C Suite level
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Extensive diary management experience
- Good IT Skills / Microsoft Office
- Good attention to details; with good visual sense and good spelling/proof reading skills.
- Ability to build good relationships, both internally and externally, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Discreet and diplomatic when dealing with highly confidential matters
- Professional with a Polite Manner
- Common sense and practical approach
- Takes personal responsibility for organising tasks and priorities without undue delay
- Professional approach including accuracy and completeness when following instructions
- Working at pace while retaining accuracy
- Good time management and forward planning ability
- Motivated self-starter
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Enthusiastic with a ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines with excellent time management.
- Ability to juggle tasks and priorities
