Family run business based in Waltham Cross is looking for an Employee Engagement Executive to join the Learning & Development Team. You will support all areas of the organisation in delivering strategies to support retention, communication and employee engagement objectives. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing and championing activities and initiatives to help deliver our people objectives.

You will be involved in the following:

- Support the company and individual functions including social media and marketing
- Support the delivery of people objectives
- Work with stakeholders to support the design and facilitation for a wide range of projects that impact employee engagement, wellbeing and engagement, employee briefings
- Champion the ability to increase participation towards engagement, empowerment, communication, recognition and rewarding.
- Guide, coach and influence managers to engage, communication and adopt leadership.

You will need the following experience:

- Degree educated or equivalent
- Previous experience of designing, developing and implementing internal communication strategies and campaigns
- Experience in facilitating two-way communication with staff, forums and focus groups
- Experience of event management
- Confident presentation skills
- Creative and solutions focused

Salary £28-35k (dependent on experience).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Waltham Cross: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
