Working as the
**Building Concierge** on an award-winning site for its well-being and sustainability program, recently awarded a Fitwel and GRESB accreditations You are spoilt for choice when it comes to fitness classes, clinics, workshops, and walking routes. There is an onsite nursery, cafe, gym, plus fantastic transport connections to Basingstoke and the M3. There is even a free dedicated courtesy bus service that connects the site to Basingstoke train station and town centre every 15 minutes at peak times.

**Chineham Business Park in Basingstoke**

Hours:
**24 hours per week-**
**Part Time (Monday & Tuesday 08h00 - 18h00, Wednesday 08h00 - 13h00)**

**Salary**:
**up to £17,331** - depending on skills & experience

You should have plenty of experience working within in facilities management, front of house, and administration - a bonus would be experience of working within a multi-tenanted office environment, maybe a flexible office space, or mixed use scheme.

It's important that you have excellent I.T skills in Microsoft Office and perhaps property management systems.

You will support the team with
**Facilities** and
**Building Management**, Health & Safety, plus providing a high quality concierge service to customers and visitors on site.
