**Senior Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC - £75,000 - £85,000 - Basingstoke - Hybrid Working + Benefits - ACCA/CIMA/ACA**

IN2 Consult is currently partnering with a key client of ours in the Basingstoke area, who are a market-leader in their industry and looking to add an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner on a 12 Month FTC Basis to their rapidly growing finance team.

This role reports directly into the Finance Operations Director and involves working closely with senior-level stakeholders such as the CFO and CCO. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role within the business as whole and provide insight and clarityto non-financial members of the team to drive business performance.

**The Senior Finance Business Partner role includes the following duties**:

- Provide a strong business partnering framework in collaboration with the Finance Operations Director and provide insight and influence across the business that will aid business performance.
- Work closely with the wider financial and non-financial teams to increase efficiency of and simplify processes alongside enhancing performance reporting.
- Attend Property leadership and management meetings and provide proactive and influential advice to the wider business.
- Be a key point of contact for the CCO and senior management teams regarding financial matters.
- Develop and deliver financial initiatives to senior level stakeholders which will contribute to achieving the business' overall goals.
- Full responsibility for timely and accurate production of monthly management reports as well as monthly and quarterly budgets & forecasts.
- Represent the finance team within the Property Service Board sub-committee and provide insightful and meaningful commentary.
- Responsibility for 3 direct reports and aid in their professional development.
- Build strong and meaningful relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Undertake any other responsibilities that may be required in line with your role as a Senior Finance Business Partner.
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- Proven track record in business partnering to a large division
- Prior experience in a role within Property / Housing
- Experience in managing a team of direct reports
- Excellent numerical and Microsoft Word/Excel skills
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement and collaboration
- Strong knowledge of processes and techniques regarding financial investment appraisals
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proven track record in working to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
