**Your New Role**
This role is key maintain and grow our European customer base alongside managing and assisting our Internal Survitec customer base. You will be developing sales strategies, identifying appropriate routes to the market. In this role you will also take the ownership of the go-to-market strategy for a specific customer sector, ensuring deep understanding of evolving customer needs and how Survitec’s propositions could be deployed to meet those needs at our Gosport site
**What You Can Expect from the Role**
**Key Responsibilities and accountabilities**:
- ** **Leading the development and implementation of sales plan, to deliver geography or sector revenue target and support for regional P&Ls.
- Ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy and priorities whilst anticipating local complex issues, challenges, and opportunities
- Challenging sales plans constructively to ensure risks are identified and the best possible solutions for the customer and the business are proposed
- Leading & motivating the Sales Team to commit to targets and to doing extraordinary things to achieve Survitec business goals, ensuring the team delivers on those plans
- Ensuring effective relationship management, account and sales plans are in place for all Target, Anchor and Explore customers territory portfolio
- Supporting key solution presentations to customer representatives and negotiations, including managing internal relationships to ensure smooth delivery at an acceptable level of commercial risk
- Reviewing and authorize sales proposals to ensure that these are constructed within acceptable commercial and risk parameters
- Working with Sales leadership team to develop and gain agreement to annual business plan, aligned to Survitec strategy; detail expense and headcount budgets; and develop business cases for key projects, ensuring cross-functional integration as needed
- Maintaining in-depth industry knowledge and works collaboratively with functional teams to take advantage of expert specialist knowledge and ensure operations comply with all legislation, regulation and best practice advice
- Managing and reporting on the performance of the territory;
**The Experience, Qualifications and Skills You Will Have**
**Essential Criteria**:
- Educated to University Degree or equivalent level
- 5 - 10 years of general experience, providing expert competence
- 5 - 10 years of managerial experience, covering:
- planning, managing and delivering sales targets through others in line with business strategy
- Strategy and policy definition and implementation within short / medium timescales
