The company is one of the UKs leading commercial lighting service partners providing knowledge and expertise.
They currently seek to recruit an Office Administrator within the Gosport Head Office.
This is a key role with prime responsibility to ensure onsite operations achieve and ensuring that service level commitments are fulfilled.
What the role involves:
- Ensure sales orders are promptly loaded onto the company's systems at acceptable levels, achieving Customer service requirements
- Proactively review Customer reports provided by on site Engineers and liaise with scheduling
- Provide Management and Customers with reports and feedback to contribute to effective planning and performance management
Essential Career Experience:
- Proficient user of windows based programmes
- Sales and Customer relationship development skills
- Communication and inter-personal skills
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop in a stimulating and dynamic environment. The Employees will be given a full induction and training.
