As an Administrative Officer, you’ll be an integral part of our Social Work teams, providing essential administrative support that allows frontline professionals to focus on what matters most – safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you’ll play a vital role behind the scenes handling a variety of tasks utilising your skills in organisation and communication.What you’ll do: Manage administrative and scheduling tasks including diary management, meeting coordination, and general team support to ensure smooth operations. Prepare and maintain documentation such as reports, correspondence, court documents, and accurate databases and records. Handle confidential information with discretion while acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries. Support financial and logistical processes by assisting with financial administration, processing invoices and payments, and organising transport for families. Facilitate effective communication with social workers, partner agencies, and families to support casework and service delivery. What we’re looking for: Extensive administrative experience with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in IT and digital systems, including Microsoft Office and other software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.
