The successful Reception Admin will be responsible for provide premium Reception, ensuring Staff and Guests experience the highest quality of customer service, in a safe and welcoming working environment.

**Key Responsibilities as a Reception Admin**:

- Fronting a First-Class Welcome Experience for all External Guests and Visitors, accompanying all guests through the Reception Area to their assigned Meeting Room
- Manage all external meeting room bookings organised via the in-house booking system
- Ensure the smooth passage of entry for Guests and Visitors, using the Building Landlord's external visitor booking system
- Management of incoming calls from the Main Switchboard
- Organise refreshments in the External Meeting Rooms, working with the Day Housekeeping Team
