Corporate Receptionist

Exciting opportunity for a dynamic corporate receptionist looking for a part-time role in the City.
**Role consists of working with Reception Manager to ensure a 5* service is provided to our client and their tenants, including but not limited to the below tasks**:
- 5* customer service, welcoming visitors to the building
- Full ownership of the Reception area whenever Reception Manager is not around
- Being first point of contact for tenants and visitors alike
- Tenant support, pre-booking visitors
- Liaising with different service providers within the building
- Supporting with floor viewings and marketing events
- Supporting Reception Manager with site pop-ups and events calendar
- Social platform engagement management together with Reception Manager
- Admin support to Building Management whenever needed
- Be able to provide outstanding customer service
- Be self-motivated, enthusiastic and creative
- Be able to work on their own when needed
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£16,500.00 per year
