**Job Summary**

Advanced Implant Laboratories is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Implant Laboratory Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will provide exceptional customer service, as well as assist with key administrative and operational tasks. The position requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.

**Hours of work**:
You will be expected to work Monday
- Friday 9am
- 5:30pm.

Maternity Cover with option to go Permanent after 12 months

**Benefits**:

**Duties**
- Dispatch completed work, ensuring it is packed carefully and prepared for collection by the courier company.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and liaise with couriers and the team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage appointments and correspondence efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
- Keep the reception and work areas tidy and organised.
- Support the team with administrative tasks.

**Skills**
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
- Strong phone manner and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail, particularly when packing and preparing items for dispatch.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy environment.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior knowledge of dental implants is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
