Finance Administrator ( F&I )

**Salary**: £25,000

Mon to Fri - 42.5 hours per week

8.30 to 6.00pm with an hour lunch

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our hugely successful KIA Dealership in Coulsdon is looking to recruit a new Finance Administrator (F&I).

About the position

A large part of the Finance Administrator position involves:

- Assist in checking finance documents and paying out completed deals.
- Prepare vehicle files and ensure that they are complete for invoicing.
- Regular check up on cars that will be available for delivery in the month.
- Creating finance examples for showroom cars.
- Maintaining and compiling customer document packs.
- Assist in the month end closing off procedures.
- Ensure all documentation, quotes, proposals etc are completed and processed accurately.
- Confirm any financial settlement on all vehicles taken in part exchange and arrange settlement on completion.
- Keep fully up to date with product knowledge of finance products available.
- Maintain product knowledge through attendance at sales meetings and interaction with other functions within the KIA centre
- To ensure that all customer contact is dealt with in a professional manner.
- To maintain full and accurate records of all F & I transactions.
- To prepare reports as requested Ensure compliance with Data Protection & General Data Protection Regulations when handling and processing customer’s personal data
