**Sales Administrator**

- Permanent role at a salary of up to £28,000 basic + £2,000 Bonus

Our client, a reputable car dealership group is recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join their Sales Admin department.

This company are looking for a positive and process-driven sales administrator to enhance its already strong and stable sales admin team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all Finance documentation is reviewed and processed in an effective manner in line with company guidelines.
- Deal with day to day problems arising from payouts and liaise with internal departments and account managers to resolve issues.
- Liaise directly with Finance companies and meet individual company payout targets.
- Responsible for ensuring all vehicles have a V5 and chasing up those that are missing
- Responsible for ensuring that all vehicles come into stock with the correct number of keys and chasing up those keys that are missing
- New Car Sales Admin
- Vehicle Sales Admin
- Responsibility for part exchanges and any issues relating to them
- Funder Issues & Warranties/ GAP

- Ability to work in a team
- Flexibility in hours when required for overtime during busy periods
- Self-Driven and the ability to work on own your initiative with mínimal supervision
