**Job Overview**

Due to rapid expansion we are looking for an experienced part time Office Administrator, to assist with the smooth running of operations from our office based in Hessle.

This role will initially consist of recruitment and the on barding staff, with the possibility of assisting with payroll and HR which support the daily functions within the business to maintain productivity and efficiency.

**Duties to include but not exclusive to**:

- Recruitment and Onboarding of staff
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Assisting Payroll (using Sage)
- HR tasks
- Clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Using Excel Spreadsheets to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date. Creating and maintaining spreadsheets.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving processes is highly valued.

Hours of work and pay to be discussed at point of interview.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: £12.20-£14.00 per hour
