**Office Administrator - Maternity Cover**

Summit Selection are looking for an experienced Office Administrator for an immediate start in the Hedon Road area of Hull.

**Working hours** - 8:30AM - 4:30PM Monday to Thursday with a 4:00PM finish on Friday.

**It is essential that you have experience using SAGE 50.**

Main duties include:

- Data inputting, accurately inputting sales invoices and purchase orders
- Using SAGE 50 daily
- General office support to the team
- Photocopying, scanning, typing, postal duties
- Answering the telephone and providing the highest levels of customer service

You will have good listening and learning skills, with the ability to listen to instructions.

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months

**Salary**: From £22,600.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hull: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Sage: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
