Our client is a long-standing business established in 1817 They are looking to recruit an additional Office Administrator to their small team as they continue to grow. This role would suit someone who is a strong administrator who is looking to be partof a friendly and pro-active team.

**The role**:

- Prepare documents for colleagues and customers
- Organise paperwork both paper based and electronically
- Manage diaries and appointments for field-based colleagues
- Process customer card payments
- Create and process quotations
- Process customer orders
- Assist with workplace inspections
- Generate and send invoices

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Be a warm and welcoming person
- Strong administrative background
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Be pro-active and self-motivated
- Experience with Sage 50 is preferred but not essential

**In return, you will be entitled to**:

- Hours of Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30
- 30 minute lunch
- Free parking
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays
- Your birthday off
- Annual salary of £22,672
