A great new role has come available working with a company near Staines specialising in Software for the Logistics sector. They are looking for a Lead Tester to join them at a really exciting time in the company as they are beginning to embrace test automationand are looking for someone who can help and learn with them.

You will be working in an Agile team working with a number of testers to test desktop-based software in a continual delivery approach. They have been using Eggplant to build automated regression test suites. They really want someone with the interest andaptitude to learn Eggplant, but don't expect you to have already used it, but a strong understanding of C# test automation is essential.

Key skills for this role;
- A good personality. We don't want someone who will micro-manage, but we do want someone who can lead by example and mentor.
- An excellent working knowledge of a wide range of modern test methodologies.
- Excellent working knowledge of C# test automation
- Be able to build, manage and continuously improve a test automation framework.
- Be able to formulate, implement and keep everyone aware of test strategies.
- Have the ability to progressively improve a test team in an agile scrum environment.
- Must have a can-do attitude, and be able to manage the day-to-day activities of a team of testers.
