**Description**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Product Owner with an eye for design and detail to join our busy team developing ECHO. ECHO is our unique market leading enterprise service management system for environmental service providers.

**About Selected Interventions**

Selected Interventions is a software and services company which develops and deploys the unique class leading ECHO Service Management Framework. Echo is used by multi £bn+ turnover multi-national companies in the UK and globally. It operates and manages sophisticated field-based services in the environmental services.

**What would you be doing?**

Working at the heart of this product-based business within our Product Team and alongside other Product Owners. Your role is to take responsibility for the development of new product features and enhancements to meet the business needs of our enterprise customers and our own product strategies. With exposure to the full SDLC you will have the opportunity to take ideas from requirement to release, working with the Product Manager and our clients and collaborating within a small squad of software developers and quality analysts in an agile environment to build new features and enhance existing functionality.

With our users ranging from refuse operatives to C-level executives, desk bound administrators on PCs to in-field service managers on smart phones you will find that no two days will ever be the same as you seek to meet varied business requirements and add value to the solutions we deliver. This position gives you the creative freedom to make a difference to the working lives of thousands of users and impact millions more through the services we provide and the environmental benefits we bring. You will exercise both your intellectual, technical, and soft skills as you extend our sophisticated platform and work closely with your squad and clients to manage expectation and control risk.

You have an eye for detail and a flare for designing engaging solutions. You understand the value of key customer relationships and can develop them naturally. You are at ease communicating at all levels from shop floor to boardroom and are comfortable being an agent of change and dealing with the issues that causes. Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.

**Must Have**

At least degree level qualification or relevant experience

Commercial IT product design experience

Requirements gathering and documentation skills

Track record of successful product development

Excellent written and oral communication skills

**Nice to have**

Experience with SQL

Software Product Design/Development qualifications

Business Analysis Certification

Experience in the waste, logistics or environmental services industries
